At CYMBIOTIKA, we strive for perfection in every stitch; however, if your selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn garments. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all designer tags attached to ensure a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original shipping box and attach the prepaid digital shipping label provided via email.

  Drop Off Your Return

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or visit any authorized drop-off location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
